Lindsey has helped people have fun pretty much all her working life – developing and launching new products for companies like Budweiser, Coca-Cola, and Cadbury. From ‘session testing’ new beers to arranging tasting sessions for new chocolate bars her job has been to find out what people are happy with. And then make it even better.
As Head of Customer Happiness, she’s now putting all that experience into ensuring that everything SRG does delivers a great customer experience. If anything is not quite right with your orders, she manages the ‘help @SRG’ to ensure it all gets sorted as quickly as possible. So you can spend more time playing some of the world’s finest games.
Favourite computer game: Hard to choose - first ever ‘favourite game’ was Missile Command on her brother’s Atari console, otherwise it’s got to be Crash Bandicoot.
Favourite SRG release so far: SRG#3 - Shelter Generations – visually stunning and wildly different from anything else out there.
Random fact: Everyone refuses to play her at Tekken, because she wins 90%+ of all the games she plays.
